Very poor business. They treat customers bad. Speak Chinese in front of you with other coworkers and make fun of you.

I have been to Top Hair about 5-6 times and the service is satisfactory.
The staff do not all speak English so although you communicate with them, I am not always sure they understand but if you take a picture of what you want they will give you just that and perfectly so.
They are always friendly and the massages after washing your hair is truly worth a good tip:)
I enjoy going there.
I always leave the shop happy..
