Top A Nail

Solid place to get a mani/pedi. The colors are vast in both the OPI and Essie line of products. Plus, the service is usually with little to no wait. This is my go-to when I don't want to be social and just get my nails did. :)

This place would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that they are so popular, it's sometimes hard to get an appointment on the weekend. But usually they will stick to the time they promise, and the quality of the work can't be beat. For $24 you get mani AND pedi, which is unheard of. They are clean, friendly, and spacious, by East VIllage standards.
