I have been going to Tony for many years, first in Wayne, now in Lincoln Park. He is the BEST shoe repairman ever. He can make shoes look brand new again. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. I recommend him all of the time and everyone loves his work. He will always accommodate special requests. Strongly recommend.

He was rude, disrespectful and wrong. He said I never paid for my shoes when I did. He went on and on about how I should have my receipt. He uses a book where he marks things down and never put in that I paid for my shoes. He said he wouldn't give them back to me unless I paid another $20. I had to drive all the way home and find the receipt and then he complained more. He needs to know that the way he's treating customers is not how you gain business, he's losing it.

Brought my Louie bag in for a new zipper. He wanted to charge me $50. When I questioned him on y so much b/c he wasn't even replacing it with a Louis Vuitton zipper, he told me to get out of his store. I think he's rude & over priced! Beware!!!
