I have been going ty o Tony's pizza since the 70's when it was a little whole in a wall, yet the quality and taste is the same. Everytime I go to Nay for a visit I stop by.

I was craving buffalo chicken wings all day long. And that's what I tried ordering: buffalo chicken wings, medium hot. After waiting for 10 minutes the cashier is trying to charge me $25 for medium chicken pie. I explain that this is not what I ordered. He looks like he understood that my order should be buffalo chicken wings. After another 10 minutes my order is ready, I decided to trust this guy and didn't check my order. I return home and find breaded chicken wings. Will not go back there.

This business is a scam.
I ordered pasta alio e olio for $7.25, as printed on their menu. The man ringing me up charged me $8.98 (including tax). I paid and then took a look at their menu. I confirmed the price, and let the people behind the counter know that I was overcharged.
A manager immediately appeared out of the woodwork, and proceeded to claim that they could change the prices at their discretion. He said that on the bottom of the menu that they can adjust prices as they please.
The problem is that they did not inform me of their updated price before I ordered. Nor did they list the updated price on their readerboard (the one above the counter). They didn't even have my dish listed there! Meanwhile, they continued to distribute a printed menu with information they knew to be inaccurate.
This approach is illegal, and if I encounter it again at any other establishment I will call the cops.
I insisted that I would not pay for a bait-and-switch item. I have more self-respect than that. The manager continued to lecture me and make illegitimate claims about his pricing structure. Then, in a ridiculous turn of events, a job applicant standing at the counter heaped on, claiming that I didn't read the stipulations on the menu. This was audaciously rude of someone who doesn't even work there; a good manager would have told him to be quiet and get out.
A number of people rose to his defense, gathering around me and shouting at me. I was genuinely concerned for my safety and continued walking away.
The owner proceeded to nearly initiate a fist fight with me. He displayed aggressive bullying and an immature negotiating style. He exhibited no integrity; he did not stand by his word. He demanded that I pay an arbitrary price. Getting overcharged in New York is not new; nor is getting overcharged because you look well-off. What is unique is the lengths to which the manager aggressively defended his illegal business practices, and the intensity of his visceral reaction. He is a bigger, taller, and physically stronger man than I, and he exploited this differential in an attempt to bully me into submission.
When you feel you are in physical danger over illegal business practices, you know you should stay as far as way as possible.
If you encounter a similar situation at any establishment, begin by calling the cops. If that doesn't result in a favorable outcome, file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. A business can be held liable in civil and criminal court for illegal pricing.

Best pizza in NY hands down. Everything on the menu is excellent. Always service with a smile. I live in Queens but I don't mind the drive. It's well worth it!!!

This place is cool. The staff is always real friendly and the amount of specialty slices here can't be beat. People that work here are good people. Used to have a Cubano slice that was awesome. Only problems are that their plain slices are really weak. Also saw cockroaches on the wall up near the ceiling two times I was there. I'm not totally bothered by it. But i mean no one wants to see that when they eat.
