Bad service.. not remorseful when we found insect in the salad.. they just said, we will change it! What a h....
staff are always awful in serving as if they don't get paid for their work. They should not work in the restaurant industry if they are always unhappy , better change their staff if they can not changed their attitude towards customer.we don't go back to this restaurant anymore!

Ordered a Salmon Lunch Bento by the phone to pick up. Went there and they packaged it as Dinner Bento instead which was more expensive. I told them it was a lunch bento, they kinda got confused that a bento was a dinner item only. They packaged it again like I told them as lunch. Paid for it and got home to open the bag and just put the salmon in a plastic container. There was no sushi, sui mai nor salad. Only Salmon , Rice and Miso for $9.00!
I go to this place very often and seems that staff is the issue that now they don't even know the menu items.

The food is amazing price is good but there is a waitress who is always suggesting more tip I just stare at her and walk away she's so ridiculous if it wasn't for that id give it a 5 star

Don't get me wrong the food is amazing, but the staff is awful, I used to go to this place frequently, and there was always a different issue. First ,it was the slow service ,second, deciding what we wanted for dessert (they didn't have chocolate fried ice cream so they gave us green tea ice cream without notifying us) and now one of the waitresses said I HAVE to give 15% tip. I HAVE TO GIVE 15%. It's not like I didn't give them any tips either, I gave them 10% (for a party of two)but apparently that wasnt enough.

never met rudest staff ever. miss can i have green tea "NO" . assholes
go few blockswest and get good service for less money and better taste and service with a smile.
