Update, I don't understand negative reviews. The workers are always nice, remade whole subs just for making small changes, plus added tons extra meat. Always leave happy. Brought my whole family here. Recommend semolina bread.

Fantastic quality

I didnt like anything about this place. I brought my children here and you constantly here swearing from the workers. The food is absolutely disgusting raw. I dont not recommend anybody to eat here. My friend also warned me before hand that she also ordered and they dropped her food in the back and build it back up without making a new one! They should close this disgusting place down. FAKE italian food and very poor handling of food!! I also caught a bad stomach virus from the food.

Don't order the spinach rolls. Twice now I've ordered it and the dough inside is still raw. Very disappointing.

This place is terrible. Not only do they have horrible customer service but if they screw up your order the owner will not fix it. He will tell you "to bad, go somewhere else". When you walk in the atmosphere is soso. You will always find the owner sitting down with his friends not behind the counter working. Last time I was in there (which was around Christmas time), you can hear the boss talk down to his employees and berate them IN FRONT of the customers. Without even talking about the food, and only witnessing what I witnessed when I was last in there, that is enough to turn my stomach and not go back and support such a rude individual. The food is subpar at best. When I was there a gentleman named Sal helped me. He was kind and helpful and I believe he put a lot of effort into what he made me. He had to remake my food that someone screwed up and boy was it delicious! Waiting for him to cook my food was worth it. However that still was not enough for me to venture back into this store. I have heard very bad things about this place throughout town and the years. They constantly change their sauce for the pizza and at times it is absolutely rancid. If I could give this place no stars I would. I think they need to improve their customer service and their help and the owner needs to understand that we the customers that he refuses to fix things for are the owns paying his bills! Terrible!

Best Italian deli in New Jersey. I brought a platter to a friend of mine in Brooklyn and he could not believe it came from Jersey. Tommy's has great sandwiches and deli meats. He has top quality meats and his prepared foods are terrific. I highly recommend Tommy's.
