Tomasso Bros recently installed a new very energy efficient heating, cooling & water heating system. See below for complete details. The installation took two days and was done by two very qualified installers. All old equipment was removed & taken away and new equipment installed in a very neat manner. Everything was tested and operates properly. in fact, an inspector just came the other day and said this was a very nice job. in addition to a very reasonable competitive price I will be receiving $950 from the NJ Clean Energy Program and an additional $500 from Elizabethtown Gas. One additional thing work mentioning is that both the furnace & water heater are direct vented to the outside with PVC which makes this system completely safe from Carbon Monoxide.
Installation of Heil heating, air conditioning system and a new direct vent water heater
Heil 96% efficient, 100 k input, direct vent upflow furnace. Unit to be direct vented to outside. Heil 16 SEER 3 ton Condensing unit with matching coil. New line set, pad, disconnect and whip. Installation of Bradford White 40 gallon, 6 year warranty direct vent water heater. Installation of Honeywell electronic air cleaner and whole house by pass humidifier, Aprilaire or equivalent.
