We just had to eat here so we can say we've eaten there every time Seinfeld comes on. It's a basic diner with above average food. But the service sucked, which lost them a star. And it wasn't just one server, there were 3 or 4 of them that we interacted with.

Fun place to eat. Feel food place. Great food, great service. Great atmosphere. We'll be back. The Reuben was excellent!

My boyfriend and I were very excited about having a nice lunch at this iconic diner. We were greeted by a border line angry less than excited waitress who started off by saying your order needs to be a minimum of $8 per person or you have to leave. We should've left at that point but proceeded to order a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and a milkshake. The food arrived quickly, but the avocado was very bad it was black and mushy. After we pulled the avocado off and ate a few bites we noticed there was mold on the bottom of the bun. When we pointed this out to our waitress she said she would get a new bun

I did not receive exceptional service from the employees. I was forced against my will to make my own meal. I had requested bacon on my deluxe cheeseburger and the waitress juked bacon pieces across my face, leaving me no other option but to pick the bacon bits up off of the ground, and place the tainted pieces into my sandwich. Because of the restaurant's "no credit card policy," they had caused for my date to flee the premises due to insufficient funds, leaving me to eat by myself, because I refuse to pay for that hefferr. as for my beverages, the waitress had filled my hot chocolate mug with 99% whipped cream, leaving me with 1 centimeter's worth of hot chocolate to drink. Not happy. 1 star.

We were very excited to visit this restaurant as we are massive Seinfeld fans. outside is perfect just from the show, but the novelty soon ran out when we entered. we were greeted by a very rude waitress, she also took our order twice and still got it wrong. i ordered turkey sandwich with fries (no gravy and with mixed vegetables) and received beef (no sandwich) with fries, covered in gravy and with spinach, she apologized but asked if i wanted to return it or keep it. i also found a hair in my meal. they do not accept credit card and directed me to the ATM they have in the restaurant....it was out of order, no apology from the staff but was then told to go out side to a cash machine around the corner. over all very disappointed. will not be back, mainly due to the poor customer service.
