I just called this place 4 times- the first 3 I was hung up on by a woman.....I was trying to place over a $500 order for a party I have this Saturday, and since i asked for a manager or owner- the staff thought I was soliciting and hung up on me- 3 TIMES!! When I tried to call back, they didn't pick up the phone. I called again and a man picked up, asking to take my order....after i was hung up on 3 times and ignored once. what a joke
I GUESS THIS PLACE DOESN'T NEED THE BUSINESS.

They suck with delivering in a timely fashion...this is NY, it shouldn't take 2 hrs to get a pepperoni pizza!!!

I love eating there, but the pizza smells funny...And they don't wear gloves.

Family oriented place with great staff and service. Been eating there for years and as a new yorker with many options for good pizza, this place tops my list! Great food, great service!

I luv this place. I have lived in the neighborhood for several years and just discovered Tom"s Pizza. My favorite thing to order is a pepperoni slice. The pizza is thin crust and fresh.
