I found both Dr. Savino and Dr. Krantz very professional and caring. They were more than willing to talk to me about my medical problems. Also to resolve the problems I had.
The office staff were courteous and helpful.

The entire staffs as well as Doctor Krants, have a poor work ethic. The low level appointment schedulers over book to the point where your whole day is ruined with one visit. They forget to send your papers in when you have to see the radiologist, as well the doctor writing the wrong limb or side on the chart. They commonly lose appointments as well as insurance forms or other documents. Further more the receptionists have nasty attitudes and the doctor would rather relax eat and flirt with the staff then examine you. They never are late sending your bill on the other hand.
