I am only giving one star because I have to give something. This guy is not a doctor and unless you are a junkie looking to score some prescription medications do not go to this guy. My mom unfortunately is a patient of doctor tobak and after a minor car accident has some minor stress when driving (common for accident victims) however this was a few years ago and doctor tobak has convince a woman who was a perfectly healthy that she now needs to be on maximum amounts of Valium daily. Doctor Tobak continues to prescribe her maximum dosages continually even though she shows all symptoms of drug overdose such as memory loss,drowsiness, abdominal pain (she is constantly complaining of stomach aches), blurred vision (her eyes are always glazed over n she says she just has bad eyes), fatigue (she doesn't do anything anymore) heart palpitations (she has been hospitalized serveral times for this) slurred speech, difficulty urinatinconvulsions, amnesia, difficulty breathing, trembling, confusion and constant headaches. Tobak's solution perscribe more drugs when all symptoms are proven side effects of Valium. My mom is no longer my mom and on the verge of death thanks to Tobak. Do yourself and your family a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY. He needs his license revoked before he kills someone.
