Tlc Clove Lake Physical Therapy

On Saturday 7/19, I entered the waiting area and was barely acknowledged by receptionist. She presented me with a clipboard and paperwork to fill out . After approx 10 mins she announced to the waiting area that my insurance did not cover PT. 2 weeks prior to the apt I gave my insurance info over the phone and did not hear back from TLC so I expected that ins covered visits. She stated that they attempted to call and leave message on my cell but were unable too???? When I asked if there were any other options the receptionist replied " you can pay $100.00 for the visit/eval". Needless to say I will not be going back to Clove lake physical therapy
