TOOK THE MONEY AND DO-SENT CALL BACK THE ICE MAKER IS NOT FIXED KEEP ON CALLING NO ANSWER

Option was Poor - Fair and not abosolute POOR Service.
Seems this is run by someone who does not care about his business and this is his time pass.
He confirmed an appointment with on his terms , rates and his 2 hr window - 3 hrs later, he has not shown up.
One of the other review is correct - they screen the phone numbers. No answer to my vm left even though the recorded voice says, "We will return back in 5-10 mins."
Wanna save your time ?? call anyone else.

Called them over to fix my dryer and the first guy comes in and says I need a whole new pulley system, belt and bracket. Two weeks later, another guy comes and says that the first guy didn't know what he was talking about and says that all he has to do is remount the motor on the bracket, because it probably came off due to the load being too heavy. We paid him $55! The next day, the dryer is broken again and we called. They said that they needed to order the bracket and that it would take a while cause the dryer is a Kenmore and the parts are hard to find. We called at least once a week to get the status on the part and they kept telling us that they still hadn't received the bracket. Five weeks after their last visit, they admit that the part had not been ordered. When I told them that I expected them to pay for the $10 bracket, as well as install it for free, the guy flipped on me! He then hangs up on me and ignores my phone calls. I decided to repair the dryer myself. Turns out, there was a sock in the fan blade of the motor, which explains the motor jumping out of the bracket. It upsets me that I, as a professional (Electrical Engineer), expect better service from them because they're the experts. Funny how the problem was so simple that a first-timer was able to fix it in 10 minutes! Call me, before you call these guys! Service is horrible and you can never get an answer when you call. You always have to leave a message, as if they're screening the phone calls to avoid the confrontational ones.
