This company is a joke. They do not reply to phone calls, e-mail, fax or written letters. I have asked over and over again for a copy of the budget, I keep getting ignored. Yet they are constantly raising our fees. They property is filthy and not managed at all. What our HOA fees go to, I don't know!!!

The company's not doing their job as Property Management. They are slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They don't even reply your inquires. Whoever is under their management, I'm sorry, you are out of your luck.
