This place was actually called "Tire Mecca" when I visited. If you want decent customer service, do not visit this shop. The female clerk that works inside the little garage with the sliding window is not friendly at all. Neither are the 2 men that change the tires. They all look miserable and literally act as if they don't care if you give them your business or not. The clerk that collects payment from customers at the sliding window has absolutely no concept of customer service. When she collects your money, she slams the sliding window shut in your face while she fetches your change. Their prices are not great so you might as well try another place in the general area that will at least pretend they want your business. The people at Tire Mecca on Rockaway Blvd in don't give care for your business at all. And they make that very clear with the way they treat you. Take you business elsewhere.
