- Terrible #136140

I had Tip Top install an awning for me but it was never waterproof, and it leaked water onto my porch. In addition it pours water right down onto the landing of the apartment below- when it was supposed to drain off to the sides. I withheld a small portion of the installation fee hoping that this would motivate the owner, Steven to fix the problem. Instead he sent me a letter threatening legal action against me!
