The first mistake I made was hiring them in spite of the bad reviews. My second mistake was paying him in full in spite of needing some small repairs, Like the other complaints Steven does not honor his contract or his word to come back in a timely manner to do this work. Like other reviews once he is paid in full his 5 year warranty becomes null and void. Like many others I attempted calls, going down to the office to no avail. I finally hired someone else to do the repairs. There work is shoddy at best. Steven himself measured my porch. It came out six inches short over my steps. which like a fool I forgave. If yoy make the mistake of hiring him because he is the cheapest and you give him all his money it will cost you in the long run and you will writing reviews like me.
