Completely ruined an expensive wool dress - shrunk 2x, the lining is torn from the main dress, unsalvageable. Feels like it was put through the washer and dryer.

I brought them my pants that needed an alterations. I got them back in 2 weeks. Every time I would step by it wouldn't be ready.
A friend of mine told me that they were giving him different prices for the same pieces. Not nice...
Not coming back ever.
