I went here to try on a bridesmaid dress my friends had already tried on so I can determine my size. The bride wanted to place the order all together with everyone's sizes but the lady was SOO RUDE. She refused to measure me or even clip the size:14 dress I had on. I was going to order my dress separately but after how rude this woman was I wont even go there to have it altered. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Go anywhere but Tina's Bridal.
P.S. Everyone I know that went here not only said the woman was rude but was not happy with the alterations as well.

The ladies at this store could not have been nicer, and more accommodating. I walked into their store, having been unable to order a bridesmaid dress from another retailer on time, needing a dress in 8 weeks. They helped me with no appointment, to both determine what all of my options were, talk to the designer/seller of the dress I wanted, and to find something beautiful that worked. I was made to feel welcome, and not rushed or an inconvenience. Would recommend this store to anyone looking to get the attention and care for themselves and their bridal party.

Bought my wedding gown here and absolutely loved this place! Everyone very helpful, & affordable. Maria helped me and she was fabulous. Alterations are also included in price of dress! I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone!

I think if you're looking for bridesmaid dress and probably Mother of the Bride/Groom attire, this would be a good choice. However, their selections in bridal dresses was somewhat lacking as well as their customer service. I'm kinda new at wedding plannings, but every bridal store I called required an appointment. I made mine a few Saturdays ago and when we walked in the door, we just stood there waiting for someone to at least greet us or show us where to go. There were a few people in the tuxedo section so I'm HOPING they were just customers as they didn't say anything to us either. We decided to just keep on walking down a very narrow hallway filled with bridesmaid dresses. I still didn't see anyone (or at least notice) working there until I went into the back room where there was one seamstress. I said hello and that I had an appointment. She told me to go upstairs to look for dresses.
The 2nd floor isn't well lit and I didn't find many of the dresses they claimed to carry. The seamstress followed us upstairs and gave me a pair of shoes to wear. I asked for my own shoe size and she said these were the only sample shoes they had. I just kept my own shoes on. No point in tripping on a long dress, and shoes that are too big for me. I picked out my own dresses and dressed myself which I found a little odd as well. Luckily, we were the only ones there as I came out nearly half naked since I needed assistance. The clips they used to pin the dresses were cheap and popped off anytime I moved.
I don't blame the woman who was there. I don't think her actual position was to be a saleslady. It could have been the day that I went, but I imagine if I made an appointment, I would have hoped to have someone experienced to help me choose a wedding dress.

I've been to a number of stores in the northern NJ area, and the level of service and friendliness here has been the best. It doesn't look super-fancy when you walk in, but the sales-girl that has been helping me has been so wonderful. A lot of the other places have been kind of snobby, pushy, or seem annoyed by having to help me.
Even if they do not stock the dress I wind up getting, I will be ordering my dress from Tina's once I make my final decision.
