Read many good reviews so gave it a try, appetizer, although small, was very tasty, then we ordered 3 dishes, scallops, a vegetarian dish and a rib dish, the vegetarian and the scallops were delicious, the ribs were not available so I ordered a skirt stake meat, it came too rare - no big deal - but I was unable to chew or cut the meat, we all gave it a shot before we called the waitress (very polite), she came back in a minute, apologized and asked me what I wanted instead, I chose the scallops which were delicious.
This should not happen in a restaurant of any caliber, hence the 3 stars.
