I am making a report about this restaurant in Consumer Affairs. They charged me 18% gratuity for two boys and myself, when they shouldn't charge tip or gratuity unless are groups of 6 people or more. I talked to the waitress, she said that is the way it is, I talked to the cashier or manager, she said "I'm sorry."..I talked to the owner, he said "what do you want me to do" . We ordered 2 grilled cheese, an omelet and our drinks and ended paying $73 dls. And basically forced to pay 18% tip for this. I am a law student and worked in restaurants for many years, I know this is not right. Bad taking advantage of people.

Timmy's gives a solid, American food experience. It's the usual burgers and fries fare, with ordinary generous portions (the salads in particular) but there's nothing to complain about. The food was hot and the service was good. The beef burger was excellent but the soft shell crab was a little sub-par (perhaps they're overrated as a foodstuff) and the fries on the side were crispy and delicious.
