Although the staff at this storefront location are very nice and hard working, the same cannot be said of TWC as a whole. Time Warner Cable is a horrible service provider who takes advantage of a captive clientele on an under-supported and decaying infrastructure which TWC refuses to update or repair. It is common for TV service issues to take years (yes years) to fix... if they get fixed at all. TWC have also wasted what must be hundreds of thousands of dollars per year just in my neighborhood alone by repeatedly sending techs to replace cable boxes and do other work in households even when it is absolutely clear that the source of the problems are in the regional hubs that handle the TV channels. While some buildings have had their infrastructure updated with near-ground hubs and cabling, others nearby (where the residents pay the same rates) still have failing rooftop hubs and cabling that have not been properly updated or maintained in at least 25 years. Even when the technicians witness issues in the household, they sign off on it as if the problem has been addressed which resets the clock so the in household repairs are repeated in a continuing wasteful loop that customers pay for. Also, TWC's outdoor techs leave old connectors, splitters and end pieces lying around on rooftops, and leave old unused cables just hanging off of the building or even worse, coiled up near the edge of the roof. To be clear and fair, this is not the fault of the woefully underpaid technicians. It is the fault of a support structure designed to deny and deflect and a poor culture that foments an attitude that if nobody is watching, a mess can be left behind. Even TWC's "escalated" client resolutions department is inept at responding to these matters. I would switch to RCN if I could.

Has really long lines. I don't know if I was just lucky, but I managed to get an associate who was extremely helpful in fixing my internet issues and even gave me a new box with a 6 month discount on service for the problems I'd faced.

Service provided is poor. Exchanged an old modem for a new one just to receive a defective model. Technical support was unable to help on several occasions. Constantly pay full price for products and services just to receive low quality service

I switched to RCN this week and of course internet is much faster for cheaper monthly fee. RCN customer service is more responsive as well. Switching to RCN was a no brainer.

I've had many bad experiences with time warner. I was going here expecting the worst with all of the bad reviews ,etc. I came here to get my router fixed. The line moved faster than expected and the representative was very helpful. Giving two stars for the nice representative.
