Although I have previously been unhappy with TWC and very open about that, we finally got the service pretty stable and we are moving toward happiness :) Today I spoke to a service tech Yolanda, my experience was amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me get the new modem connected and explained everything in great detail. She was friendly and answered all my questions. She deserves a high five on this one!! Great job Yolanda and thank you!

I've been trying to maintain my composure around the fact that my neighborhood only has Time Warner, but they have truly gotten worse. I am now on my FOURTH appointment in two weeks, because the technician either doesn't get it right when he/she is there, or the dispatcher has given them the wrong information.
Everyone has been courteous, however last night, when they didn't show up for their scheduled fourth
appointment, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was downright rude and had very little capability to listen to the problems I have been experiencing.
Really sub-standard service. I do not recommend them.

This location is the tale of two cities. I went in 2010 and it looked like a dmv or an old post office with glass like you were visiting a prison. I went there today and it's completely revamped and open. Modern and clean and about as customer focused as I could have imagined. I was attended to quickly, returned my wifi modem and taken care of real fast. Couldn't have been better.
Also as a random note after visiting cross the street and check out the architecture in the Greenwood cemetery. It's gothic and beautiful.

would give these thieves a 0 star if i could. Bunch of scammers who milk you out every month with bs "amazing" plans that they gave me and they supposedly never told me about it once ive been getting billed the opposite price and plan........i cant even change my plans with them since ive been a member with them for 5 years. Not allowed to get any new promo deals.

To be honest, my previous experience with TWC billing over the phone has been brutal and my service itself was inconsistent. However, if you need to return Park Slope area TWC cable boxes and close out service, I'd recommend coming here. I read another Google review and was prepared for the worst, and I was really surprised—the customer service rep was very nice and the whole process took less than ten minutes. I went right when it opened and there were no lines. Hope this helps someone else in the same situation!
