I cannot recommend this shop. I had them fix a watch, then had to take it back to them several times because the repair was poorly done, for obvious problems that just reflected a lack of care. (For example, returning it to me with the minute hand bent so it can't go past the hour hand.) I gave up on bringing it back to them before they got it right.

I've been going to Timepieces for several years and am a loyal and super-happy customer. They are great with any type of repairs: from replacing a watch battery, changing a watch band, and all types of jewelry repairs. Most repairs are fixed within 15 - 20 min and the workmanship is terrific! The prices are quite inexpensive as well and they are very customer-oriented providing great service and quality workmanship. I also purchased a watch for a gift for my Dad and he loves it - it's very classic looking which is his style and it keeps perfect time. I highly, highly recommend Timepieces!!!

Had the most fantastic experience here. They restored my vintage Bertolucci watch for an incredible price. Highly recommend it!
