Nice enough staff, just really poor at service and time management. Food was mediocre at best. Don't eat the sausage.

Don't bother. The waiter Kevon S is horrible. This place is a disaster.

Unfortunately I fly through JFK just rarely enough to forget how terrible the food is here before my next visit.
Seriously, the only reason this place exists is people who are in a rush to get anything to eat before boarding.
So if you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and avoid eating here.

Specifics: I ordered "chicken and shrimp boxty, comes with a serving of vegetables" and it was bunch of smelly chicken joints, with no shrimp and a few celery sticks as "vegetables".
My friend ordered shepherd's pie and it was just as terrible.

Go anywhere else. Save your time, money, and frustration. Three easy reasons why...
1.) Try to trap foreigners by leaving an unopened bottle of water on the table that they charge you $5 for if you touch.
2.) Service is poor. Waitress had to be tracked down in order to get anything. She even stared down a leaving couple that was trying to go around he instead of her saying excuse me or anything.
3.) Food never came. 25 minutes waiting and she brings us the wrong dishes. After informing her of such, she gives the food to another table and then tells us that there's been a mix-up and our food would be cooking now.

With only five minutes left to board my girlfriend instead just scurried down the terminal and grabbed a couple shake shack burgers to eat on the plane.
