Just spoke to a gentleman who I believe was named Darren. Very rude and unhelpful. Would never do business with an establishment that treats its customers this way. Best advice I can give - go to the competition and give your business and $ to a florist that actually knows how to treat its customers and show every consumer that their business is valued. Would not be surprised if this place is out of business soon - very poor management and poor business practices.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! My mom recently moved to Hawthorne from a town in Bergen County- and the florist I've used for 10 years is now out of her delivery area. I found this florist online, they had a whole section of Mother's Day bouquets. I picked one, entered my info, placed the order, etc. I get a phone call now, very close to Mother's Day that they can not process my order at the price that was on the website because it is the holiday and I would have to be charged X amount of money now if I want those flowers. Nearly double the price- and now already the weekend- my choice would be to pay double for the same bouquet or mom doesn't get flowers. Unfortunately, I'm not in the position to pay double or I would've ordered a nicer arrangement from somewhere else. So, Mom is not getting flowers and it is Tiffany's Florist and the greedy owner Dominic's fault. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE

Have purchased flowers here in the past and was disappointed with the customer service. I have called a couple of times since to see if it was a one time thing. The male that answers the phone is always rude and brisk as if he does not care whether you bring your business there or not. Spend your money where it will be appreciated, not at Tiffany's!

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY WORSE! RUINED VALENTINE'S DAY! OWNER COULD NOT HAVE CARED ANY LESS! STAY AWAY!
I was emailed that my v-day order was canceled at 4pm on v-day (it was placed days before and I rec'd a confirmation email with confirm #). When I called up I was told that they never rec'd my order and that they were out of everything and could not help me. No substitution, no help, just tough luck! Stay away if you want to actually get what you order. STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
