The main floor its diferent from the movie, but sill an iconic place in the last floor theres customer service they can polish and clean your jewlery it only takes minutes. hablan español.

Great customer service! Got my necklace cleaned for no cost and it looks just as good as new! 6 floors total, and all floors have amazing collections!

Worst customer service. Waited more than 20 min. Just get something to look at. Reps would just look at me and hesitate to ask for help. Counted all 15 employees and none ask for help. Currently at the 3rd floor looking for a gift. Hope management would be on top of its employees. Never again. FOR THAT REASON I PURCHASED nothing. Your loss
