Reviews to Tide One Laundromat
I just moved in Jackson Heights neighborhood last week. Gotta do whole bunch of things, got all my hands full. I was indeed in the need for a good laundromat to do my laundry. Ask one of my neighbor, she told me about this business. Then I called, within one hour, Jay came to my place to pick up the laundry, super nice guy. The next day, he brought back my laundry, with everything neatly fold in a double bagged laundry bag.

I had a very close friend of mine that lives in the neighborhood recommend me to try Tide One Laundromat after
some issues with sever Laundromats. They had been doing business with them for about six years with out any complications.
I honestly had a hard time believing them so I had to try it for myself. I have had nothing but the worse luck, poor customer
service, lost socks(the washer ate them) and they would always refuse to reimburse me for the lost articles. I have a pretty
hectic schedule about 6 days a week and the last thing I want to think about is washing and folding clothes when I finally
have a minute to catch my breathe, so when she told me their hours I was sold. I started using Tide One Laundromat in the Jackson
Heights neighborhood around December of 14 or January of 15. Thus far they have done an amazing job. I typically drop off my laundry
before I go to work and swing by and pick my laundry up on my way home. I would say from where I live to where I work I am going about a
extra 30 minutes out of my way which is worth it. I would recommend Tide One Laundromat to any one!

be warned this spot has changed management in the last month!!!
new management is absolutely terrible. they lie. worst experience at a dry cleaner or any store in my life.
this store "lost" a $400.00 piece of designer leather clothing. and is now refusing to cover the cost of it. they wont even return the $15.00 they charged to clean the garment.
i go to pick up the garment:
first they said it was dyed and changed color on accident...they said they sent it off to get died properly. it should be done in two weeks.
of course they never call.
2 weeks later i return and now they say the dry cleaner lost it?!! that it was never dyed wrong.
they said bring a receipt in and they would pay for it. i return again with proper receipts and they are refusing to cover the cost of the lost piece of clothing.
they obviously lied about this entire situation.
absolutely do not use this dry cleaner!
the old management was amazing!!!
the new management are liars and refuse to fix their mistake.
do not use this store at all cost!
absolutely unbelievable
