Tibetan Handicraft Inc

The atmosphere in the store is so cozy and mystical at the same time. The owner is so friendly and personable. The merchandise is spectacular, the hardest part was picking one thing out. I didn't want to leave. I came in to find a singing bowl and found the right one with the help of the owner. I love it! I will definitely come back to decorate myself and buy gifts for friends!

I stopped by Tibetan Handicrafts last week, for the first time, after having passed it many times on the street. The unassuming shop has a trove of crafts inside - lots of handmade jewelry designed and made of natural materials (jade, coral, turquoise, etc.) by the shopkeeper - as well as colorful textiles and emblems. I was attracted to the singing bowls. The shopkeeper took time to explain their levels of quality and helped test out ~10 bowls, before I decided on the one to get. She told me that the store offers only high-quality things, even if it means they are pricier, to keep customers happy long term. I approve.

The store is a gem. I'll definitely go back looking for cool jewelry and such!
