Throgs Neck Fried Chicken

Order all the time for pickup but recently been getting deliveries food taste great and now I don't even have pick it up. Staff is friendly and attentive will order again

They were good for the long standing time I ordered from them both on site and via deliveries. Unfortunately today their was a serious decline in good customer service. The delivery guy stated they no longer do door to door deliveries and that I would have to go out to street to meet him, but I wasn't told that when ordering. Then an item was missing, wasn't delivered and I Was Charged for it being told an amount to pay and given a hand written receipt including charge for missing item, by the delivery guy. Lastly when I called in for a legitimate receipt I was laughed at and condescendingly told a receipt was placed in bag and that I lost it. Also was told that the delivery guy was instructed to say lower price for missing item. Not only is there a serious lack or communication their is a lack of respect for someone who "was" a good customer. Never ordering from them again.

I love the food,tastes delicious and the staff are friendly too
