This business should be a model for all other small family owned businesses. It is operated by a husband and wife and they are both extremely knowledgeable and their ideas are in par with interior designers. The owners keep their word and will go above and beyond for their customers.
I built my entire kitchen from material bought here and the kitchen top that is granite, looks spectacular, the owner had us go to the warehouse to assure that it was what we wanted. The tiles that I originally choose were very pricey and the owner suggested another tiles that were equal quality yet a 1/4 of the price, this was telling of their business ethic. After the installation they both called to assure that the job was done correctly and up to my satisfaction. The wife even followed up a month later to assure that I was satisfied and gave me tips on how to make it last for the life of the kitchen.
This location may appear to be more expensive then home depot but the reality is that for a few extra dollars you are purchasing quality products from real and honest professionals. Needless, to say that I will be a returning customer when I upgrade my bathroom soon. BTW I am a teacher and have no monetary affiliation with this place I was simply stunned that real old school customer service still exist, prompting me to write this review.
