Thrifty Car Rental

The owner Nicholas was very rude when I dropped off the car. I'm not sure why he was in a nasty mood when I got there, but it seems he wasn't open to communicate. The price was ok and the car was in good condition, but the guy was actually raising his voice at me. I think perhaps he should retire or not skip taking his medication. Not sure that he's ever heard of customer loyalty. I would never rent from him again and I wouldn't even refer someone I disliked to rent from this guy. Overall, spend your money elsewhere. There is no reason for his behavior.
