Lived here about 5 years and loved it. 1 BR is quite big (over 850 sqft).Nice balcony where you can sit looking at the trees all around and listening to the birds.2 years ago they put all new windows and doors and last year new machines in 2 laundry rooms, so you never have to wait to do your laundry.Everybody that works here is super nice and friendly.Pool with lounge chairs is just waiting for you, but if you like to move tennis court is next to it. Neighborhood is very peacefull, food shopping is close by and at the moment there are garages available for rent.
If I don't have to move I would stay here the rest of my life.

Biggest apartments in this entire area ... You'll pay the same price for an apartment half the size elsewhere

Very Old..... The place has run out of money and isn't replacing things it has promised to replace. Like Windows which are original to the buildings. Electric bills for a 1 bedroom apt. run over $200 a month. Closer to $300 in the winter as everything in these apartments are run on electric. Office staff is clueless. Their corporate office is a lawyers office, not sure what that's all about but probably has something to due with why they have no money to make much needed upgrades. Even when you opt to pay an extra $100 a month for an upgraded apartment they do not include upgrading the 30 year old windows or 20 year old AC units. This place is a huge drain on energy resources.
