Wow! I guess I had a totally different experience. I've never smelled anything bad, so there must've been an incident or something. There is only 1 person who handles the insurance in the actual office, but she was pleasant. I didn't like that they took a copy of my credit card for any potential copays that may come about afterwards, but to date I've never been charged. I've been there 4 times and while there's nothing extraordinary about the office or staff, I have found them to be pleasant. Dr. Desai was also very pleasant and thorough. Good thing I went before I read these reviews.

I went today to see a doctor. The entire office smelled like a sewer so I just turned around and left... You should stay away from this place!!!

Office staff is very incompetent. Went in to straighten out insurance since they left me on hold for over 15 min when I called. Waited another 20 min when I got there. When I asked how much longer it would take the receptionist forgot that I was there to talk to the billing coordinator and instead told me I had to wait for the doctor. Meanwhile there were 3 receptionists doing nothing while I waited...
