- Terrible #130220

I found this parking spot via Best Parking app. The rates on the app and the signs inside the parking garage are correct, however, the attendants charged us more, $12 more than it should be. I asked why, and their reply was because of the NY tax... ok, they do not know how to calculate obviously. I took a picture of the actual rates sign and sent it to the Best Parking app, hoping they would do something about this. These attendants need to be reported. They rob you and would not return your car unless you pay the higher amount.

- Poor #130221

The spothero app on my phone listed a $20 price to park here. When we arrived, the attendant said it was $33 and he would not honor the $20 price unless we had a printout. What is this, 1990? Totally deceptive practice.
