Tom was phenomenal. They way he walked us throughout the inspection and the details he pointed out was invaluable.
The man was incredibly patient with our questions and would ask if we understand what was explained to use from time to time.
So very glad to find him and not have used our Realtors guy. I found it odd the realtor wanted us to use there inspector. We felt this wasn't right.
We felt more confident and relaxed with his methodical process. As we are 1st time home buyers. Tom had us relaxed and with some humor to use in teaching us about a home.
That was the best part. We where educated on all the things he discovered. It was obvious he has been in construction for a very long time. So much information, extremely informative.
