No STARS...AT ALL!!
Today I walked into Thomas E. Malanga office to ask him questions about his services. I saw him go into his office with a patient, he did not see me. I saw a sign in sheet and I suppose I expected a nurse or receptionist to assist him. After about 10 minutes of me standing there, (I did look for a sheet about insurance, rates, etc. to no avail) I finally said hello just to get my information. He heard him came out of his office for him to say to me, " What do you want(rudely)? I am with a patient." I told him I was new to the area and am currently looking for a chiropractor. He then threw his hands up, rolled his eyes and sighed. Wow! Is this how he treats potential clients? Was it my brown skin? Whatever the case my be I thought he was so rude why on earth would I want him to adjust my back? I told him to forget it and I walked out of his office. Thomas E. Malanga you lost a potential client! And I will be telling my fellow mother friends of your rudeness.
