Great service, decent food, OK drinks. Great ambience for winter, maybe a little too enclosed for summer unless it's really hot out. They're typically welcoming and warm people, but the main factor keeping me away from this bar in my three-block vicinity is actually it's cost -- $12 a cocktail or more for a single glass of wine; $8+ for BOTTLED beer. Nothing on tap and most of the beer is available down the block for a fraction, if you're a beer nerd.
That said, again -- good people, decent if you're looking for a cozy date spot without bros. making your date inaudibly cringe.

Great spot to go on your own or on a date. Intimate setting, well made small/share plates, thoughtful cheese and wine program. This place is tops. I only wished they had an espresso machine.

Fantastic tapas place. No reservations taken. Impressive cheese selection. I recommend the meat plates and their sandwiches. Reasonable price for Jersey City, but don't come here for 'cheap eats'. Great date night location. Wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Very cool atmosphere in here. Cozy, relaxed, and something interesting is always on the tv. I am not a big wine drinker so I won't comment on that, but I had a couple delicious mixed drinks and the beer selection is pretty good. I love the grilled cheeses and the mac and cheese. I also tried a few varieties of cheese. The cheese was tasty, but for $5 per type I expect more than a tiny slice or two.

Great local spot with an amazing wine and cheese selection. The cocktails are great too! The staff is awesome and a lot of fun! Great place to hang out after work.
