Program does work, there's no denying (but then again you're just eating 600 calories a day, so no surprise if you lose weight). HOWEVER, the program puts TOO MUCH stress on your body. And while I felt good and had my self esteem recovered after losing 33 pounds, I saw it all go down the drain when I started losing hair. WAY TOO MUCH hair, to the point I had to buy colored powder to cover my scalp! The problem is the doctor will not let you know this is likely (very likely) to happen. Had I known, I would've NEVER spent almost 3,000 (rounds 1 and 2) on it (well, I guess that's why they won't mention it...duh!) Never got to finish round two anyways as I was too scared to lose even more hair. So I took a loss and definitely do not recommend the program at all. There are other ways to live with yourself in a less stressful and healthier way. They ordered supplements for my hair loss but now the damage is done.The decent thing to do was to simply refund me for my money, as nowhere in the contract does it mention hair loss as a side effect! As for the team in Cranford, I have mixed to bad feelings. They can be very friendly if you're not asking too many questions (and definitely oh so happy when you make your payment). During visits, though, the less you ask the better, otherwise you will clearly see sign of impatience in their faces. Not to mention they do not remember anything they said to you on your previous visit. Bottom line, it felt like I was always bothering them. Needless to say, you guys at Cranford, NJ should do a much better job on customer service and client satisfaction. So, if you're reading this, look for another Nutrimost Unit (if you're still feel like giving it a go - I wouldn't).

I have lost 57lbs of fat on this program and gained some great tools and knowledge that I never had before while regaining health and vitality like never before. Great office, great support and great experience!

It is a great program. So easy to follow, you get to eat real food, and Dr. David is so helpful and motivating! It truly works and the program sets you up for the future. Your body has time to adjust to your new weight so you don't gain it back. I love the program...highly recommend!!! Thanks Dr. David!!!!
