Think Clean Laundromat

Ample machines for laundry and even free wifi. They recently extended their hours to 11pm for late goers. There's ample space to move around and counter space to fold your laundry. There's also a parking lot in the back for car visits.

I been coming here since last year. Sharmain always takes good care of me.

I have been using the Wash & Fold service for a few years now. I drive 9 miles through 2 different towns to bring my laundry here. It's always a pleasure to come here and be greeted by the smiles of the professional and friendly staff. The clothes are always done right, folded nicely, and smell great!

Although I feel that this laundromat is one of the better ones I've been to, I must comment on one of the attendants that works there. She is a Spanish woman who has absolutely no value to customers when it comes to troubleshooting complaints. My mother is Spanish so I don't want anyone to think that this review is a discriminatory one. When it comes to greeting guests, this attendant has no problem saying hello. When it comes to handling a problem with a customer losing money, this attendant makes you feel that YOU did something wrong! The washes on the small machines are normally 23 minutes. However, you may put in an additional 25 cents to get another 3 minutes. This one machine did not give me the extra 3 minutes and I told this Spanish attendant that. She could not understand what I was saying and said that the machine is fine!!! I was frustrated with this answer and told her that if she wanted to work in the USA she needs to communicate and understand English. Another incident similar to me losing money happened a couple of months ago and she insisted that the machines were ok and that she will not return any money. I asked to speak to the owner and she either said it was too early or he was working. I once witnessed an Asian woman who placed a $5 bill into the change machine but only got $3 back. She told this Spanish attendant about the problem and refused to help her and said the change machine was working fine! What the heck is it with this attendant that she is not able to help a customer!!! The other two attendants that work there are absolute dolls and have no problem helping customers with a money complaint. This Spanish attendant has no clue how to communicate!!!!! I will never go to this laundromat when this Spanish attendant is there. Whenever I ask her a question, she looks at me with the meanest face and says 'WHAT"? I'm totally disgusted!

They forget to mention the important details. Their big selling points are free wifi and new machines. New machines? Yes...true, but what they don't tell you are the machines are extremely small....as in not deep. I mean what is the point of using a $4.50 "triple loader" when it is half the size of what you normally expect. Expensive overall because you are using more machines.

Their wifi does not work. The two times I went with my Ipad and tablet, the wifi did not connect. The superintendent there was completely unhelpful and told me she didnt know about the internet.

So 0 for 2 !!!!
