Both John and Sam are great. I've had a massage from each of them. These are not relaxing massages, they are real therapists and work with pain management. It's clear from talking to them and getting massages that they are very knowledgeable and can help you with your problems.

It has been years since I have had real and consistent mobility due to psoas contraction. Chiropractic good as it is has only given me temporary relief.
ONE - just ONE - massage from Samantha and I am walking as I have not in DECADES.
This is not hyperbole or exaggeration. It is fact. I am so very grateful. KD

I am a weekend warrior and have subsequently always had muscle pains, shoulder issues, etc. I always assumed it came with the territory despite the usual icing ,stretching etc. I never expected and was skeptical a sports massage would work but WOW as I wrong! Not only do I feel completely different but it has also prevented the various injuries I usually suffer. Very different, very effective, HIGHLY recommend.

Being an athlete himself, Samer really knows how to help athletes through massage. I've been to see him a number of times after both half and full marathons and he's been able to dramatically reduce my recovery time from weeks to days. It's really incredible what he's been able to do for me. If you are regularly competing and dealing with tired, sore muscles, go see Samer, he will fix you right up!
