To share some experience with Queensborough Box office with you:
I had an accident and couldn't go to the show I booked earlier. Box office Susan Agin agreed to sell the ticket first, if that didn't work, she would give me credit toward another show. My credit card company made notes of this as well. But John Senise lied that I refused this offer.
I remembered that John Senise called me, very rude, honestly. I gave him the courtesy to let him finish but he didn't return the courtesy back, and told me he had to go before my finishing. It was surprising to know that someone who works and lives in Queens is busier than someone who works and lives in Manhattan.
They didn't let the lady in who tried to purchase my ticket, so that she wasted a trip and her time, and they didn't give me the credit as they promised.
Go to Manhattan for real shows, not here...
