Andres, lied about his experience. He under estimated the amount of time it would take to complete the job and took an additional 2.5 weeks to complete until we decided to end the relationship ourselves.
The job was so poorly done it is a complete embarassment to even say that we paid for the job. The work was sloppy, my home was left a mess during and after. My husband had to walk him and his crew through the house and tell them to pick up their mess and remove it from our home. He also had to point out all the various unfinished areas he left and there were so many I cannot even list it out. All lights and sconces were not put back in their places, the closet doors and hinges along with the casing were completly butchered and this was all brand new materials that were purchased. He said he would come back and fix it but at this point 5 full weeks later and seeing the completed job, I would never let this person back in my house to do or touch another thing. He was very unprofessional, unskilled in this area and has no concept of time management. He was very hard to reach many times and he takes advantage of people, especially new clients who treat him well. He uses poor and cheap materials all around between the rollers, brushes and paints and will leave streaks, bumps and drips in all areas. He sands the areas once and will only do 1-2 coats at most on all the walls. The pictures speak for themselves.
I would never hire or recommend him to anyone else ever. I am sorry that we trusted him to do the work for us and allowed him the amount of time to completely ruin our new home that we haven't even moved into yet. I just met with another contractor today to fix all the areas that he did so poorly because I cannot live with the way he left things as it would remind me of how he completely pulled one over us. I know he has other jobs where people are completly unhappy and I don't want others to have to experience the same. His workers even complained to me that he hasn't paid them in weeks and some of them decided to stop working for him because of this.
Trust me you do not want to use him.
