No complaints here! I wanted to order flowers from out-of-town for a friend and this shop was professional and communicated perfectly! I ordered online on a Friday afternoon, they sent an email confirming the order and another email when the flowers were delivered Monday morning! The bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time-- will order from them again.

I wish I could give less than one star. I wish I could give a negative. I ordered flowers from 1800Flowers and they used this joke. He did not send what I ordered. He sent a tiny arrangement in a crappy vase that was not what I had paid for. It was definitely not worth the $80 I spent! And no one told me there was going to be a change. I was not notified of a difference in the order at all! Then, when I called 1800Flowers to complain and they said they would send another set of flowers for free, this sad excuse called my friend and told her he was going to pick up the original set of flowers he delivered! Who does that??? Seriously? Pathetic. He had the nerve to yell at me when I was furious with our awful treatment. What a joke! Use this florist if you want to spend more money than he is willing to give you in flowers, if you want to have him send whatever he wants and not tell you, and if you want to be yelled at when you call him on his trickery.

I ordered a valentines day flower arrangement for my wife of 33 years.
I had a plan to add some additional items to the flowers when they were supposed to be delivered on Monday.
I took great care to make sure they would be delivered on Monday.
Much to my surprise they arrived on Sunday and my wife saw them before I was able to prepare the rest of her gift.
To deliver flowers a day before the holiday is bad enough but when I went into the store to ask for an explanation, the reply was we are sorry but what can we do!! and besides whats so bad about getting flowers a bit early!! How disappointing that the shop was as dismissive of what I considered to be a big error.
They offered nothing to make up for their error.
Besides charging nearly $100 for an average arrangement they acted as if what they did was no big deal.
Well, it was a big deal.
