Gentleman answered the phone and was extremely rude. I tried to have flowers delivered in spite of this and they never arrived. They still charged my card which was almost impossible to get refunded. I will NEVER be using them again.

I live in CT Asked for a Saturday delivery of birthday flowers for a friend who just moved to NYC. Flowers were arranged beautifully and arrived right on time with no problems. The woman who took the order was organized, friendly and patient. Everything perfect! Highly recommended.

I called from Nebraska and asked for a delivery that day to someone in the hospital. Windsor florist was extremely kind and helpful, and apparently beautiful flowers arrived to the patient in about 30 minutes! I was very, very pleased!
