Excellent hotel. Stayed there for a full weekend and it was just great!

First class experience all the way. Plenty of amenities, a courteous staff, and excellent prices. If the prices hold, I will definitely stay here again.

I checked in at this hotel for a wedding last night, at first look the hotel was nice, rooms spacious. I hung my dress on the door to iron it, put it on the ironing board and there was black grease all over the back of my dress. Apparently they grease their hinges with black grease. Fine. Kwaku in guest services offered to clean my dress and try and get the stain out. The two women at the front desk, Shayna and Erica, have NO idea how to treat guests. "It's not our problem, he's doing you a favor by cleaning it" was the response I got when I asked the status of my dress which took over an hour to clean. I put on a wet dress, missed family photos, half of the cocktail hour and the shuttle drove me to the wrong venue. When we returned from the wedding Shupna was very sweet and apologetic and offered to comp our room. Upon check out I was told we were not to be comped. Ed, apparently the manager, is another person who has no clue how to treat guests. So nasty and rude. The experience alone is enough to not go back ever again. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN PROPER HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND GUEST SERVICES. Ed, Shayna and Erica are a disgrace.

Stayed here for one night the staff was accommodating and the room was nice. Only issue was the breakfast area but other than that it was a positive experience.
