Great place that treats ill and injured birds such as pigeons, geese, ducks, chickens, sparrows, robins, doves, as well as other wildlife. Many are successfully rehabilitated and released back to their natural environment.

The Wild Bird Fund is a haven on Columbus Avenue for all of our injured avian friends that share our crowded city. The tireless staff is kind and compassionate.
It is truly incredible what they do for sparrows, hawks, swans, pigeons and hundreds of migratory birds that would be left to die on the sidewalk-
they perform miracles everyday!

I have taken three or four injured and one fledgling that was in danger to The Wild Bird Fund. They are very good at what they do. If you find an injured bird, bring it there and buy a t-shirt or make a donation.
