I will not give these people or recommend them to anyone. JEFF is not reliable at all including Pat. If you are looking for a good wedding and professional services seek other company. If you want quality photos ask for Ron and thats it.

This place doesn't deserve even a star. Horrible, Horrible service. My wedding date was July 27th, 2012, got my album and video November 2013. Video was horrible, it was so blurry you couldn't see anything, wasn't edited the full ceremony was on it. I admit the album was my fault, there was a mistake on the cover which I didn't see and I approved it. We took it back the same time and was told we would get everything back soon. It's going to be 3 years for us soon and still didn't get to show off our wedding video and pics to family members. Every time we call Jeff is never around. Pat or Cathy doesn't know anything. They keep telling you to speak to this one or that one and none has a clue of what's going on. They tell you that they will call you back with info, never do until you call them. This is crazy. I have families and friends that got married after we did and already received their packages from other photographers they used. When it's time to pay up they call for their money, and now it's time to deliver and you get nothing. The mistakes we made was to not read more of the reviews. I AM NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT 4 STARS! Other family and friends videos and albums were so beautifully done, Ours is no where close to it. Please do your research before choosing someone. You can't redo your wedding.

My wife and I got married back in August of 2012. To this date we have not received our printed proofs to review. They gave us two discs that contained less than 200 pictures and were all of poor quality. Our contract for photography was for about nine hours. So, the photographer should of had well over 400 pictures for that time span. Many pictures that we knew we took at the hall and photo shoot at the Planting Fields were missing. The photographer kept on hitting his camera throughout the event. This alarmed me right away. I mentioned all these issues to Jeff at the wedding plaza and he kept saying he will get back to me. Jeff is really inconsistently and unreliable. He never returns any calls or emails. Also, they never gave us our thank you cards that were on the contract! Jeff said he would make it up by giving us two enlarged pictures. Unacceptable! BEWARE! PLEASE STAY AWAY! Spend time researching and make sure company is rated well with BBB. The wedding plaza is rated F. I wish I knew this prior to hiring these thieves.

We went here for bridesmaids dresses only originally, however, after talking to Christine I decided to try on wedding dresses. The staff there for our wedding attire needs were all fabulous! Karen was great whenever we called and knew our whole bridal party. Nelle (I think that's her name), was such also really accommodating and helpful. I definitely felt comfortable and that I was in good hands there. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for gorgeous dresses with a helpful and pleasant staff.

We had a fabulous experience at the wedding plaza! We got all the dresses and tuxes there - the staff was great, the selection was huge & orders were done quickly!! (we were on a tight time frame) I'm so happy we used them for our wedding- I was recommended to go there and will definitely encourage more friends to do the same!
