The Villas

This was the best apartment I've ever had. I love the style of the units, which are more townhouse-like. All of our friend loved our apartment, which was a downstairs unit with hardwood floors, a washer/dryer a big living room, and tons of parking.

The office people have been SO ACCOMODATING to my boyfriend and I, which is why I decided to write this review. We moved in last July and are only moving out because we are closing on a house earlier than expected. They made our apartment a priority to rent, even though we had to break our lease early. I'm so happy they made it easy for me and I'm not stuck paying for April's rent.

The maintenance guy is also awesome. He comes within 5 minutes if you need him for anything. It's good to see that people actually take there jobs seriously. I would recommend this complex to EVERYONE. My neighbors were also great. Apparently I moved in after "the good ole days" when they used to have get-togethers.

I've lived here for a few years. It's not the greatest place in the world, but it's conveniently located near Rt. 78 & GSP. They used to slack off on maintenance, but they've been doing a much better job of it the past 2-3 years.
