The View At Edgewater Harbor

I've been living here for almost a year and love it! Apartments are new, and the amenities are great, especially the roof top! There is also a gym, lounge, and private pier. The staff is the best, especially concierege.

I was interested in a Studio apartment and did all the paperwork. I was advised by Rudy Lustica that I should put a $500 deposit( which would be refunded immediately incase you don't go ahead with the apartment) to hold the apartment since they go really fast. I was approved for the apartment the same day, however I decided not to go ahead with it since it would've been a long commute for me. I called in the next day and spoke to Betsy who told me that she will call me in a few minutes. She never called. Anyways I call her after a few hours and asked her to refund my $500 since I also paid $100 for application fee. She told me that it would take between 30 -45 days to refund you since the accounts department sends you a cheque through snail mail. I expressed my disapproval since I was told otherwise. She told me that there is no way I can refund you the money since we don't have access to the funds. I would suggest to stay from this establishment. They are dishonest and misleading. Now I have to wait 45 days to get my hard earned money back. STAY AWAY!!
